Not sure what your next career step should be?
Considering a new course or qualification?
Looking for a lifestyle change or better worklife balance?
Returning to the workforce after a break?
Need to set career goals?
Career Counselling can assist with these challenges.
What is Career Counselling?
Career Counselling involves a formal relationship with a professional counsellor who assists you to effectively address career concerns, including: making a career choice, managing career transitions, and commencing a job search. Career decisions are values based decisions, this means we need to understand what motivates you, what sparks your interest, and importantly, what will bring you career satisfaction.
How does it work?
The first step will be completing our online, self-paced pre-work, which takes about 45 minutes. Our client-only portal hosts surveys to capture career profile information which we use during your one-on-one counselling session via phone or Zoom.
During your session we will:
Reflect on your work life to date
Analyse your career values
Identify options and priorities, both practical and aspirational
Agree on actions to reach your career goals
Career Counselling with Role Ready Career Services is:
provided by a qualified career counsellor
informative, empowering, and enjoyable
for anyone: whether you are starting out, contemplating a change, or starting over after a break
Sessions are based on your needs, we start with a one hour session and afterwards you decide what you need and when you need it.
First one hour session (phone or Zoom) including access to online portal $250
Subsequent sessions $150 (phone or Zoom)
